Beyond this Kit you will also have to decide where you want to mount your Turn Signals 

There are 2 main locations:

A - Hang off the Number Plate Bracket (For this you could use the L-CLAMPS)

B - Mount on the Top Shocks  (For this we recommend the Black TRILINE Brackets)

The CORTADO Kit is a No-Weld solution to give your bike a Shorter than stock frame and a custom rear loop - you have to cut the steel frame of your bike using the cutting template provided, you will also need a drill some holes to line the loop up

Its of critical importance to your safety that you factor in tyre expansion under speed when fitting this item - modern type radial tyres will only expand a few mm - vintage style cross ply tyres can well expand over 15mm under speed and load so bare this in mind before fitting 

We have designed in 4 points of height adjustable on the bracket (rather than a sliding adjustment again for safety reasons) 

If in doubt go higher than you think required

The silencers include removable baffles (made from perforated tubes and wadding material - to remove them you need to remove the silencers from the bike, undo the fixing bolt and push the baffle out from the inside).

Richer sound - with the catalyst in place the noise level is one notch higher than stock and with a more "throaty" sound (more like an older Twin). With the catalyst removed/bypassed the noise level goes up again but remain civilised.

We designed this Grab Rail as a low profile option initially for those that wanted to use a grab rail and a custom rear fender/tail tidy together, after several design iterations we finalised on this shape as being the lowest profile rail that works with many known seats out there as well as a lift in the rear to clear any lights. 

The Rail is also useful for parking the bike in confined space as well as for any passenger.
