What are the shipping rates?
Strath Moto is pleased to offer Free Shipping on orders destined for Canada when you spend $100 or more before taxes. Orders that are less than $100 before taxes will have shipping calculated at checkout. Note: oversize/overweight items (e.g. Pitbull stands) will be charged a handling fee regardless of whether they meet the $100 free shipping threshold.
For international orders, shipping is calculated at checkout. Oversize/overweight items (e.g. Pitbull stands) will be charged a handling fee.
When will my order be delivered?
We do our best to provide regular delivery of your order within 3 to 10 business days. That being said orders placed on the weekends, holidays, during bad weather and that require cross border shipping can affect this standard and lead to longer wait times. Some special order items may also require a longer delivery time. Please be aware that shipping delays due to COVID-19 are affecting most delivery services, including Canada Post, Fedex, and others. Do you ship outside of Canada?
We ship worldwide for orders placed online, with the following exceptions:
- REV'IT! products considered "current" cannot be shipped to the USA.
- Dangerous goods (e.g. motor oil, lubricants, etc.) cannot be shipped internationally.
If you would like something shipped internationally please email us at email@example.com and we will be happy to provide you a shipping quote and finalize your order to anywhere.
I need my order faster. Do you offer express delivery?
Currently we offer shipping via Canada Post. If you require faster delivery, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will source the fastest delivery method for your area and give you an express shipping quote.
Can I have my order delivered to another address?
You may have your order shipped to any valid address of your choice. For Canadian orders, simply select “Shipping address different from billing address” in the first step of the purchase process and follow the instructions. For international delivery, please contact us at email@example.com.
Can I have items in the same order delivered to multiple addresses?
For the time being, items in the same order cannot be delivered to more than one address. Please place orders separately.
How can I change or cancel my order?
To change or cancel an order, you must contact us before you receive an email confirmation that your order has shipped. If you have already received a shipping confirmation, please call us at (587) 372-MOTO (6686) or send us a message describing the issue. We will try our best to accommodate any changes, however once the item has left our premises, non-refundable shipping charges may apply.
Can I track my package?
Only shipping options specifying tracked shipping can be tracked. All Canadian orders have tracking numbers and are emailed to you once your package has been shipped.
