It was in 1995 when Ivan Vos decided it was time to create his own brand of motorcycle clothing. At that time, he was managing a company importing motorcycle gear in The Netherlands, and he saw that there were only two types of motorcycle gear available on the market: low priced items that were awfully designed and engineered, and well-designed products that only came at top-of-the-market prices. He started to develop his first collection with a thought that still resounds today; making protective motorcycle gear in which you look good on and off the bike.

The Sand series is an icon in the REV'IT! lineup, embodying a distinctive style that has, over the years, defined travel within the motorcycle industry. That legacy continues with the Sand 5 H2O jacket. The Evolution The latest iteration of the Sand series represents an evolution rather than a revolution. This change is marked by small tweaks and adjustments aimed at enhancing its overall performance. The Sand 5 jacket (as part of the Sand 5 outfit with matching pants) remains as relevant today as it was 15 years ago. In crafting the Sand 5, a delicate balance is struck, paying homage to the past while looking towards the future. Shifting Styles The Sand 5 H2O jacket takes on a slightly more sport-driven character compared to the Sand 4. As adventure bikes become more sport-centric and dynamic, the Sand 5 H2O reflects this industry shift. Matching the fast-paced nature of sport and the thirst for the uncharted, the Sand 5 H2O jacket fuses two genres into one. Furthermore, the jacket is hydration pack prepared in the lower back pocket (like with our Trail vest), with a cutout in the left corner to feed a water tube underneath the arm and up the front to be attached on the left side. The Over and Under Concept Like we previously introduced in one of our ADV jackets—the Offtrack 2 H2O—we’ve taken our know-how of the proven over and under waterproof liner concept and applied it to our Sand 5 H2O jacket. Wear the detachable hydratex 3L liner over or under your protective layer according to your personalized preference for keeping the rain away—and keeping you dry. Though we recommend wearing it over because of the high-performance characteristics of the membrane and its design-driven aesthetics. A detachable, separately wearable thermal liner is also included to up the ante on warmth and comfort on cold, rainy days.--

Insurance against downpour discomfort As an insurance against downpour discomfort, you don’t want to have to think about your rain gear until its rain protection prowess are finally called upon. That’s why we’ve not just designed the Cyclone 4 H2O to be packed up nice and small, but we’ve also made the rain jacket as light as possible. Its rather basic design lends itself perfectly to block out wet weather with durable and sturdy, laminated hydratex without weighing you or your bike down. Simply store it somewhere until times call for it, and until then you’d almost forget you had the Cyclone 4 H2O rain jacket with you. But when the rain begins to fall, you’ll sure be glad you did.

Waterproof high-top urban sneakers

When you prefer sneakers over sturdy, protective motorcycle boots, look no further than the Delta H2O Ladies shoes. They’re made for motorcycle-loving sneakerheads or sneaker-loving petrol heads. These riding trainers provide a casual look but that doesn’t mean you have to sacrifice safety or function for style. The Delta H2O Ladies tick all the boxes. They are waterproof, thanks to the incorporation of our hydratex® waterproof membrane, they are highly protective thanks to the thermoformed heel and toe cups, and an injected ankle cup, and they are very comfortable thanks to the OrthoLite® X40 insole. On top of that, for nighttime visibility, you will find reflective elements on the tongue and on the back. Our designers developed these sneakers based on the female fit patterning, resulting in a sneaker that offers a more elegant and sophisticated appearance. On long summer days and warm city nights, you need pants that help you stay cool, and the Eclipse 2 uses polyester mesh panels on the full length of the pants, both front and back, to bring climate control to your lower half. The extensive use of this highly ventilated textile in the pants will help you cope with the heat radiating from the motorcycle or reflecting off the road. The rest of this next-gen’s construction is 600-denier polyester which is renowned for being extremely abrasion-resistant.
