X.LIFETOUR’s shell is made of ultralight, highly impact-resistant X-PRO Carbon fiber. This next-generation technology, combining aerospace expertise with 3K carbon, results in a composite construction that is lighter, stronger, and safer – setting a new safety standard. Additionally, a mid-range version is also available in NEXX’s X-Matrix 2 multi-composite fiber. Both, available in two shell sizes.

Crafted in a three-dimensional design to seamlessly contour around the head, standout features encompass the anti-noise cheek pads, the Morphofit format ensuring a tailored fit in the cheek, and the seamless lining boasting multi-channel ventilation for effortless airflow distribution and exceptional wearer comfort.
AIR CUMBS SYSTEM
Adding to the innovation, the new Air Cumbs system ensures superior interior ventilation. The crown pad on the interior is sewn with this unique alveolar mesh, forming a refreshing air chamber between the padding and EPS liner.

MID AIRFLOW CHAMBER
At the forefront of innovation is the new Mid Airflow Chamber, a patent-pending system that creates a storage gap between the inner and outer EPS layers. This innovative system promotes rapid circulation of fresh air around the head while efficiently venting hot air through rear exhaust ports.

The circumference of the head should be measured with a cloth measuring tape at a point just above the eyebrows, around the ears, and at a point in the back of the head that results in the largest possible measurement. Take several measurements to make sure you have the largest one. Compare to the size chart below. If you are in between sizes, better to choose the larger size.
The cheek pads should be in contact with the cheeks with a snug fit but without excessive pressure. Look for gaps between the temples and the brow pad. After this, check movement of the helmet up and down and side to side. As you test the movement, the helmet padding should not slide easily over the skin, but rather, should pull the skin in the direction of rotation. A proper-fitting helmet will feel snug with fairly even pressure around the sides and top of your head.
