Merlin Hixon II Leather Jacket

The original Hixon jacket was first released in 2016 and was a staple of the Merlin collection for many years. As part of the Hixon refresh we have kept the well-received super soft and supple leather and added in a number of new improvements. The first of these upgrades includes D3O® armour which sits in the shoulders and elbows. Hixon II then has a revised fit with a slightly longer length, new design details and crucially includes more ventilation – with three back vents and two chest ventilation points added.

Caring for your Hixon II jacket

Because of the ‘naked’ leather finish of Hixon II, we would recommend purchasing an aniline leather cleaner and an aniline leather guard. You can also buy aniline moisturiser to restore moisture to the Hixon at longer intervals. Please test any new cleaners on an inconspicuous area of the jacket first. Caring for your Icon Jacket

It’s important not to let dirt build up on your leather jacket, and any dirt can be removed using a sponge or a lint-free cloth, cold water and a small amount of neutral soap. You can also use a specialist pH neutral leather cleaner, though we would recommend testing this on an inconspicuous area of the jacket first. Merlin Jagger Urban Utility D3O Jacket

Fashion inspired with a touch of utilitarian. The Jagger Urban Utility D3O Jacket is one of the longer Merlin products and can be worn on weekend blasts as well as shorter commutes with both on and off the bike styling. Built using a premium 10k waterproof and 10k breathable Tactel laminate, rain instantly beads off the garment, preventing water soak. Inside the jacket is a stand alone synthetic down jacket, with a 500 power fill rating. Armour comes in the form of D3O’s highly ventilated LP1 shoulder and elbow, with provision for a back protector. Despite the casual styling Jagger is CE certified to level AA.

Merlin Shenstone II Cotec Air Jacket

The Shenstone II is a versatile jacket for both wet and hot rides. For those wet rides, a highly waterproof and breathable 15k/10k membrane lining works to keep riders dry. Then for those dry and warm days, detach the lining and the technical waxed cotton upper which has been combined with large air mesh ventilation panels, provide maximum airflow. Shenstone II has lots of fit adjustment, subtle branding, many usable pocket. To top it off, five pieces of D3O® armour is pre-fitted. Improvements over the original include the spec of lining, armour fitment against the arms, larger mesh panels, a fold back collar hoop and even better refinement in the overall quality of finish and fit.

The mo.blaze Triumph adapter allows the installation of our turn signals with M8 thread, especially the mo.blaze pin, at the original turn signal mounts of all watercooled Triumph Twins from 2016 on.

The shape of the adapter fits exactly to the original Triumph bike mount and is fixed with a stainless steel screw. The turn signals are simply pushed into the hole of the adapter with the threaded piece and fixed with a grub screw. The adapters are CNC machined from aluminium and black anodized. They fit both front and rear.

With the adapters, all indicators on all motorcycles maintain the legally required minimum distances (except for the Scrambler 1200 rear).

The bar adapter uni disc/cone allows the mounting of all mo.view handlebar end mirrors in combination with the mo.blaze handlebar end indicators without moving the grips and controls on the handlebars. It creates a clamping surface for the handlebar end mirror outside the steering tube and at the same time allows the mounting of the handlebar end indicators. Whether for the mo.view blade, mo.view spy, mo.view flight, mo.view cafe, mo.view road, mo.view pace, mo.view cruise or mo.view street.

It is CNC machined from billet aluminum and black anodized. The clamping in the handlebar end is done by tightening an M6 screw inside the adapter, whereby the clamping pieces are widened and a stable assembly becomes possible. Then the mirror clamp on the adapter is tightened and the handlebar end indicator is clamped at the same time.

The bar adapter uni disc/cone comes with two clamps for the left and right side of the handlebar. They fit perfectly to our grips mo.grip as well as the push buttons mo.switch basic and mo.switch mini.

They are mounted directly in the handlebar end (22 mm, 7/8 and 1 inch) with a free inside diameter of 12 to 21 mm and a length of 90 mm.

Our glassless mirror series, Mo.view, is unique worldwide. The special feature of our mirrors is the patented mirror surface, which is made directly from the metal of the body. The aluminum itself is the mirror surface.

The mirror body itself is very thin and light, resulting in a weightless design without a rim or frame.

The convex mirror surface is produced by flycutting using diamond tools on ultra-precision machines in Berlin. It is then made resistant to oxidation, corrosion and abrasion by an elaborate plasma coating in a vacuum.

The mirror body, mirror arm and the clamp for the handlebar end are milled from solid aluminium on CNC machines and anodized to a high quality. All screws are made of stainless steel. The precise ball joint allows the mirror to be adjusted comfortably and very stably. Glass breakage or glass falling out is simply not possible.

The handlebar end mirror can be mounted above or below the handlebars. The
small arm can be swiveled. The mirror is suitable for the right and left side. It can be mounted directly on the handlebar end (22 mm and 1 inch) or, if the grips and fittings cannot be moved, using the mo.view bar adapter.

The size of the mirror surface corresponds to the StVZO and it has an ECE marking. This makes it suitable for any motorcycle without registration.

The mo.view flip clamp is a replacement for the existing clamps on the motogadget mo.view handlebar end mirrors.

This gives the handlebar end mirrors a pivoting mirror arm with defined locking angles at 45° intervals. If required, the mirror can be swiveled upwards without changing the mirror setting. The perfect solution for narrow passages or space problems in the garage. The latching mechanism is designed to be very stable and cannot be operated unintentionally. The clamp itself is CNC-machined from aluminium and anodized black. The integrated swivel mechanism is precisely manufactured from stainless steel.

The mirror can be mounted above or below the handlebars using the clamp. It is suitable for the right and left side. It can be mounted directly on the handlebar end (22 mm and 1 inch) or, if the grips and fittings cannot be moved, using a mo.view bar adapter.

Motogadget's glassless mirror series, Mo.view, is a class leading mirror design. The feature of their mirrors is the patented mirror surface, which is worked directly from the metal of the body: the aluminum itself is the mirror surface!

The mirror body itself becomes very thin and light, creating a weightless design with no rim or frame. The convex mirror surface is manufactured by flycutting using diamond tools on ultra-precision machines in Berlin. It is then made resistant to oxidation, corrosion and abrasion by a complex plasma coating in a vacuum.

The mirror body, mirror arm and the clamp for the handlebar end are milled on CNC machines from the solid aluminum and anodized high quality. All screws are made of stainless steel. The precise ball joint allows the comfortable and very stable adjustment of the mirror. Glass breakage or fallen out glasses are simply not possible.

The bar end mirror can be mounted above or below the handlebar. The small arm can be swiveled. The mirror is suitable for the right and left side. Mounting is directly on the handlebar end (22 mm and 1 inch) or if the grips and fittings can not be moved, using the one of the mo.view bar adapter for your specific application.

The size of the mirror surface complies with the StVZO and he has an ECE marking.
