Constructed from a 500D Cordura® LITE outer shell with a taped seam inner liner. The pack is built to withstand the harshest conditions, providing maximum protection for your belongings. The double-ended roll-top closure provides a flexible waterproof solution with easy access from both ends. The ROLLPACK is designed to fit securely on a rear rack or pillion seat and can be rolled up and carried on the bike or in a backpack when you need extra storage. For quick and easy fitting the integrated cam-buckle straps loop around the bike frame and ‘hook-back’ to the pack. In addition, Subframe-Loops are included for motorcycles with no visible frame or rack. Once fitted to the bike simply hook the integrated straps onto the Subframe-Loops and tighten down. With a 40-Litre capacity, this tail pack offers ample space for your keep-dry essentials with a build quality that second to none.

Merlin Chigwell Lite Waxed Cotton Jacket
Designed for riding in even the hottest of weather, Chigwell Lite features mesh panels to the front and rear for optimised airflow. Constructed from Merlin-exclusive Cotec, which is produced by Halley Stevensons, Chigwell Lite is lightweight, at only 8oz opposed to the 12oz of a traditional wax cotton. The jacket is finished off with a five-piece D3O armour set (shoulders, elbows and back), double-A CE approval and a short YKK jacket-to-trouser connection zip. Available in sizes S-4XL.

Caring for your Chigwell Lite jacket
To care for your jacket, begin by lightly brushing off any dirt or soil, and use a cold damp cloth if necessary to wipe down the jacket. Clean it in this way regularly to maintain its appearance, but don’t be too harsh as the wax will be removed. You can re-wax the jacket with our Merlin Wax Cotton Tin when it loses its waxed finish and water begins to soak into the cotton rather than bead off.
