Made to protect with high levels of CE certified protection, made to look understated and smart, the Nucleus protector jacket can be worn as a stand-alone jacket or serve as a tactical, protective base to wear under any jacket, jersey, hoody, or sweatshirt. Constructed from abrasion-resistant and comfortable 3D air mesh and polyester stretch fabric, the slim-fitting Nucleus takes protective motorcycle gear back to its core. Those core characteristics involve CE-level 2 protectors for the shoulders, elbows, and back with CE-level 1 SEESOFT providing split, chest protector duty. The low-cut collar and the single chest pocket underline the intent to wear the Nucleus as a base, covering things up with a garment of choice. Whether that’s a DIRT Series off-road jacket or your favorite casual jacket or even a sweater, the Proteus will have you covered, looking your best and most comfortable.

Ideal stretch, ventilation, & armor allow you to ride protected on the trails less travelled. It’s constructed with a combination of densely woven Hicom mesh on the shoulders, a 2-way spandex mesh body, and PWR|Stretch mesh on the inner area of the sleeves. This combination provides optimal support, airflow, and flexibility. Furthermore, it features our award-winning SEEFLEX™ CE-level 2 protection at the shoulders and elbows. It is also equipped with a SEESOFT™ CE-level 2 back protector and SEESOFT™ CE-level 1 protectors at the chest. Thumb loops at the cuffs along with the stretch cuff will make sure the sleeves won’t slide when you’re putting it on or during riding.

The Slingshot back protector is a lightweight and comfortable protection upgrade that completely covers the back of the rider and offers the highest level of armor. It features our flexible and well-ventilated SEESOFT™ CE-level 2 RV protector which performs consistently in hot or cold conditions. The Slingshot is constructed with a combination of Hicom mesh on the outside and a highly breathable 3D mesh on the inside, preventing a build-up of perspiration on the rider’s back. In order to keep the casing/harness that holds the SEESOFT™ RV protector in place fresh and clean, simply remove the SEESOFT™ protector and wash it by following the wash and care instructions. To give riders the perfect fit, the Slingshot can be adjusted at the hips and at the shoulders, ensuring the right parts remain shielded in the event of an unfortunate mishap. Furthermore, a connection strap between the shoulder straps makes sure that the protector stays in place and doesn’t shift during active riding.

The highest level of knee protection we provide is through our Scram knee protector socks. What makes them unique is that they feature our well-ventilated and award-winning SEEFLEX™ CE-level 2 protectors. The breathable and lightweight mesh protector sock contains our long RV12 SEEFLEX™ armor that covers both the knee and the upper part of the shin while extending into the boot of the rider leaving no part of the lower leg unprotected - when worn in conjunction with taller boots. One adjustment strap can be found above the knee and one at the calf, to ensure a perfect and comfortable fit. Both our Continent and Peninsula pants – as part of our DIRT Series collection - have a knee construction designed to work with our Scram knee protectors.

The SEESOFT™ CE-Level 2 back protector insert is designed to absorb variable impacts without compromising on comfort, ventilation or freedom of movement. The highly impact-resistant blend of Nitrille and Polynorbornene rubber results in a memory foam that is multi-impact rated and CE certified to the highest level (EN 1621-2:2003 - level 2).

In the case of severe angular impact, the individual Memory foam layers will shift relative to one another, resulting in impact dispersion over a larger effective surface area, and therefore minimizing the energy that is transmitted to the spine and back.
By applying a multiple-layer concept, REV’IT! has developed a flexible back protector insert that performs consistently in all conditions.
