The Zard slip-on system provides a significant shift in terms of sound. It gives the Triumph Scrambler 1200 a more intense and aggressive roar over the whole rpm range. This not only improves the bike's road presence, but also adds character to the already soulful 270-degree parallel-twin engine. 

The system fits onto the factory exhaust, including the catalytic converter (or H-Pipe Replacement). The original shields are refitted with no modification required.

The silencers include a baffle which are easily removable on the racing version presented here, for more sound and more performance.

The “Conical” Slip-On for the Triumph Scrambler 900, created by Officine Italiane Zard, enhances engine performance while accentuating the bike’s design.

Entirely handmade in Italy, the system is composed of two AISI 304 stainless steel silencers, with both sleeve and end cap in stainless steel, ensuring superior strength and durability. The kit is available in a satin finish, satin finish with black heat shield, or black Cerakote®, giving the bike an elegant and modern look.

With a weight of only 3.4 kg (7.5 lbs), the Zard kit reduces the weight of -2 kg (-4.4 lbs) from the stock exhaust, improving the bike’s handling and responsiveness.

The system is designed to deliver a deep sound. Installation is simple with no additional modifications required, and it is available in Euro 5 homologated or racing versions.

NOTE: the heat shield of the black ceramic coated version comes with a silver mesh insert.

Compatible with Triumph Street Scrambler 900 Euro 4, Euro 5, and Euro 5+ 2017 onwards.

The high mount slip-ons exhaust for the Triumph® Scrambler 1200 are entirely designed and handcrafted in Italy using high-quality AISI 304 stainless steel.

This racing exhaust system, which includes slip-ons with a satin or black Cerakote® finish, and stainless steel or carbon fiber end caps, stands out for its lightness (-3.7 kg compared to the OEM exhaust system) and performance increase (+1.5 hp compared to the OEM system).

The unique design and high mounting, characterized by the bronzed or steel Zard plate, are completed by the energetic, and unmistakable sound typical of Zard.

The exhaust system for Triumph® Scrambler 1200 is easy to install, requires no ECU remapping, and is ready to use right away.
