TCX Climatrek Surround® boots are designed to offer the perfect combination of protection when you’re riding your bike and versatility when you come off it, in every situation, from urban to outdoors. Climatrek Surround® is a certified shoe with reinforcements on the ankle, toe, and heel, laced with a lace holder and reflective inserts. TCX Climatrek Surround® certified motorcycle boots are designed to offer maximum waterproofing and breathability, through the combination of the Gore-Tex Extended Comfort® membrane and Gore-Tex Surround® technology. The technical fabric coupled with the waterproof and highly breathable Gore-Tex Extended Comfort® membrane is combined with the special Gore-Tex Surround® construction designed to channel heat and moisture outwards. The sole, equipped with a ventilation grille to allow perfect insulation from atmospheric agents and at the same time promote continuous heat exchange between the inside and outdoors, is ideal for hotter climates and three-season use. The Groundtrax® sole features a special tread pattern and compound designed to ensure stability and grip on the foot pegs and controls, combined with maximum traction and great comfort when walking on all terrain. The OrthoLite® foam insole allows air to circulate, wicking away moisture and keeping the foot dry at all times. The material can compress and easily return to its initial state, so that cushioning, fit and comfort are unchanged over time.

      TCX has a reputation to uphold when it comes to the quality and design of their footwear. Constructed from a high quality full grain leather that will age nicely. TCX keeps your feet protected by incorporating reinforced toe and heel contours and full malleolus protection. They made the Hero a CE-rated boot, so rest assured it's got your back in the event of a crash. The gusseted zip on the inside of the foot means you get easy access to the boot, but there's still round waxed laces to offer a nice vintage workboot look. The zip is kept in place by a leather tab with Velcro when closed. The Hero has a billowed black leather insert above the heel for added flexibility and ease of movement. It's most defining and attractive feature however, is the fully waterproof yet breathable liner on the inside, making this the perfect boot for all-season riding.

      • ZPLATE: Sturdy laterally, flexible frontally. The ZPLATE® shank in the midsole ensures proper flexibility of the shoe, for optimal riding and walking comfort. At the same time, transverse rigidity protects the foot in case of an accident.
      • Groundtrax® outsoles are engineered to ensure stability, grip, and traction both on the footpegs and off the saddle. This is due to the design of lugs and grooves, as well as the choice of the rubber compound, which also maximize the wear-resistance and self-cleaning of the tread. The sole features a dedicated gear shift area, to provide higher precision during the ride.
      • D3O: In its raw form the D3O® molecules flow freely, thanks to their non-Newtonian nature, allowing the material to be soft and flexible.
