The V501 Heated Vest is for anyone who wants a bit less bulk, or prefers a mid-layer without sleeves. The V501 features heat across the chest and back areas, using Micro Carbon Fibre heating panels which emit a comfortable level of warmth. The V501 is dual powered, and can either be connected to your bike or used with a portable KEIS battery pack.

The Holy Freedom Polar range of tube scarfs are designed specifically for the coldest conditions. An outer layer of polyester micro-fibre functions as a wind barrier. Then to keep things toasty the inner surface of the Polar tube scarfs is covered in an insulating fleece-liner. The scarfs are sized at 24cm x 50cm so they can be tucked into the collar of a jacket to keep the wind at bay. For increased comfort, the Polar tube scarf is soft and fast-drying to quickly dispense with any sweat or water.

What is Primaloft?

Primaloft is a synthetic microfiber with excellent thermal insulation properties. Originally developed for the United States Army it has the combined insulating benefits of both down and wool. Primaloft is able to retain body heat in all conditions, even when it’s soaking wet.

The SeventyFive is a tribute to the stylish icon of the 70’S. The helmet is a play on the design of the Racer model and the name comes from the year when the company was born. This model is also compatible with DMD's new SeventyFive Goggle  and with the DMD Ghost goggles.

PRODUCT CARE

• Helmets are made of materials that can be damaged by many commonly available cleaners.
• Clean the helmet using a soft cloth or sponge, warm water and mild soap.
• When drying, be careful the helmet doesn't get too hot as this can damage the interior EPS lining.
• Let dry at room temperature; never use heating appliances as too high temperature will damage the inner liner material and inner shell.
• Clean the removable liner by hand washing then permit to air dry whenever possible to prevent heat damage.

These helmets are certified according to ECE 22.06 and DOT FMVSS No. 218 test procedures. We’ve been able to design an extremely compact helmet shell in advanced composite fibreglass that’s strong enough to satisfy this rigorous level of testing. Our JD/One helmets benefit from state-of-the-art manufacturing processes and technologies coupled with timeless design. We have developed a separate helmet shell for each helmet size to ensure maximum comfort; only sizes XS and S share the same outer shell. This will make it easier for you find the JD/One helmet that fits your head and your style. The internal vent system is adjustable to multiple levels at the front and back of the helmet; it cools the air around your head as you ride, safely routing moisture and heat out of the helmet.

Merlin Shenstone II Cotec Air Jacket

The Shenstone II is a versatile jacket for both wet and hot rides. For those wet rides, a highly waterproof and breathable 15k/10k membrane lining works to keep riders dry. Then for those dry and warm days, detach the lining and the technical waxed cotton upper which has been combined with large air mesh ventilation panels, provide maximum airflow. Shenstone II has lots of fit adjustment, subtle branding, many usable pocket. To top it off, five pieces of D3O® armour is pre-fitted. Improvements over the original include the spec of lining, armour fitment against the arms, larger mesh panels, a fold back collar hoop and even better refinement in the overall quality of finish and fit.

Caring for your Shenstone II Cotec Air jacket

To care for your wax cotton jacket, begin by lightly brushing off any dirt or soil, and use a cold damp cloth if necessary to wipe down the jacket. Clean it in this way regularly to maintain its appearance, but don’t be too harsh as the wax will be removed. You can re-wax the jacket when it loses its waxed finish and water begins to soak into the cotton rather than bead off. Please do not machine wash, tumble dry or use hot water on your jacket. Bell have taken their MX-9 and added even more capability with an integrated anti-fog, anti-scratch clear faceshield. The shield flips up and leaves enough room for goggles in extreme conditions, or it can be removed completely. Conversely, the adjustable visor can be removed for a stealth street look. MIPS protection, Velocity Flow ventilation, and a removable, washable, anti-microbial liner round out a highly adaptable package.
