D3O Viper Air L2 Back Protector

Mitigate Fear. Prevent Injury. D3O’s materials are designed to absorb and dissipate energy in response to blunt force impact.

D3O® impact protectors are made from an advanced patented polymer. D3O® impact protectors utilize intelligent molecules that lock together on impact. Because of this, the impact protector can be made thinner and lighter, making a jacket more comfortable and easier to wear. However, this decreased size does not come at the expense of impact protection.

With a goatskin leather inner and PWR|Shell ripstop outer – with a fully waterproof hydratex Z-liner and lightweight insulation sandwiched in between – the short-cuffed Cassini 2 H2O Ladies gloves punch well-above their weight as affordable waterproof urban riding gloves.

Safe, Comfortable, and Warm

Don’t let the toned-down exterior fool you; the Cassini 2 H2O Ladies gloves come well equipped to keep your hands safe, comfortable, and warm on urban rides in less-than-ideal conditions. Goatskin is a go-to material for gloves because of how well it transfers handlebar feel to the hands while also providing great dexterity and range of motion. Stretch lips at the base of the fingers extend that range even further. Meanwhile the SEESOFT backed hard-knuckle protector and padding along the fingers (memory foam) and palm (OrthoLite® UltraLite) add riding comfort additional protective prowess.

Go-To Gloves for the In-Between Season

Finally, a dose of practicality in the form of the Connect Finger Tip’s touch screen compatibility and a dash of extra visibility thanks to laminated reflection above the wrist and along the fingers finish off the Cassini 2 H2O Ladies gloves to become a pair of go-to gloves for the in-between season.

Specs

The Shoei GT Air 3 Helmet represents the next generation of touring helmets. Starting in the wind tunnel, the sleek Advanced Integrated Matrix fibreglass shell showcases a balance of strength and lightness. Using "Silent Ride Engineering", the aerodynamic ride of the GT Air 3 is further supported by the 3-D Max-Dry cheek pad and liner system, including a chin curtain and optional, shell-integrated SRL3 Bluetooth system (sold separately).

The GT-Air 3 ships with a clear, fog-resistant CNS-1C face shield with Pinlock lens insert included. An internal drop-down QSV-2 sun visor provides wide, full-spectrum coverage from harsh solar rays. Versus the model that it replaces, at speed the GT Air 3 sports an 11% decrease in lift and - most importantly - a 6% reduction in frontal wind resistance over the GT Air 2. Tighten the micrometric ratcheting chin strap, hit the road, and go. The GT Air 3 is an unparalleled blend of sport, comfort and touring.

Aerodynamic Shell Design:

• Aerodynamic properties maximized through extensive wind tunnel testing and professional riders' feedback
• Multi-piece EPS liner enhances impact absorption and ventilation
• Molded air spoiler reduces drag and lift as well as diminishes pressure on the rider's neck while riding at speed
• Integrated comm system base accepts the Shoei SRL3 Bluetooth Communicator by Sena

Advanced Integrated Matrix (AIM):

• High-performance fiber materials combined with elastic organic fibers to create a shell structure that is ultra-lightweight, rigid and resilient
• Three shell sizes: XS-M, L, XL-2XL

CNS-1C Shield System:

• CNS-1C three-dimensionally curved face shield is both wider and taller than the shield it replaces
• Includes CWR-1 Evo Pinlock Anti-Fog Lens insert
• Dual-ridge window bead increases contact with the shield to reduce wind noise
• Scratch-resistant shield coating
• 99.9% protection from harmful UV A&B rays

Sun Shield Visor System:

• Built-in QSV-2 sun shield gives riders instant relief from sun glare in one quick motion
• Visor meets ANSI Z80.3-2010 standard for non-prescription eyeglasses
• Large and easy to reach slider activates the 3D injection-molded inner sun shield
• Distortion-free shield blocks 99% of harmful UV rays

Ventilation System:

• Redesigned upper air intake vent positioned to maximize air volume into the helmet interior
• Enlarged lower intake vent with filter reduces shield fogging and increases ventilation
• Upper and lower intake vents are easy to operate even with gloved hands
• Rear/neck vents allow for effective air exhaust
• Breath guard and chin curtain included

Interior System:

• 3-D Max-Dry center pad and multi-layered, polyurethane foam cheek pads
• Chin curtain prevents wind entry and reduces noise
• Cheek pads are replaceable or removable for maintenance
• Eyeglass compatible interior

PRODUCT CARE

• The jet Retro helmet is made of materials that could be damaged if cleaned with common solvents on the market. Therefore, we recommend using a sponge or cloth and moistening the surface of the shell with warm water and mild soap.
• Let it dry at room temperature, without exposing it to overly aggressive heat sources, so as not to damage the shell, interior and EPS.
• To clean the interior of the helmet, hand washing is recommended, dabbing it with a washcloth. Again, let it dry at room temperature.
