Merlin Torres Adventure Full Face Helmet

Stay ahead of the curve with the ECE 22.06-certified Merlin Torres full-face adventure helmet, available in bold graphic designs as well as this new Carbon Matt shell. Designed for both adventure sport riders and long-distance touring, the Torres Carbon Matt is built from 3K Carbon Fibre sheets hand laid before being heat pressed with military grade resin. This premium construction provides durability and impact flexibility. The intermediate oval shape ensures a secure and comfortable fit for all-day riding.

For a reliable fit, the Torres fastens with a traditional double D-ring buckle, paired with a sweat-wicking, moisture-controlling Coolmax® liner that can be removed for easy washing. The UV-resistant visor is equipped with Pinlock® pins, and a MaxVision 70 Pinlock® anti-fog insert is included for crystal-clear visibility in all conditions. Designed with rider comfort in mind, the liner allows for sunglasses without temple pressure, while built-in recesses accommodate intercom earphones. A vented peak, chin and inner air channels, plus an internal drop-down sun visor, ensure optimal airflow and visibility in any season.

Each striking graphic is the result of a collaboration between the Merlin UK team and Franzan Design in Italy—renowned for crafting decals for the world’s leading motorcycle helmet brands for over 15 years.

How to Measure Helmets: Measure around the circumference of the head from the middle of the forehead above your eyebrow. Compare to the size chart below and select your size based on your measurement in centimetres (cm).

The SEESOFT Air is our extra ventilated CE-level 2 back protector insert that is designed to absorb variable impacts without compromising comfort, ventilation, or freedom of movement. By increasing the number and the frequency ventilation holes (there are more holes and they are bigger!) in the back protector insert, body heat and evaporated perspiration can easily escape, helping the rider cool down quicker or to keep things dry when riding in higher temperatures.

The highly impact-resistant blend of Nitrile and Polynorbornene rubber results in a memory foam that is multi-impact rated and CE certified to the highest level. In the case of severe angular impact, the individual memory foam layers will shift relative to one another, resulting in impact dispersion over a larger effective surface area, and therefore minimizing the energy that is transmitted to the spine and back. By applying a multiple-layer concept, REV’IT! has developed a flexible back protector insert that performs consistently in all conditions.
